Palmetto Scheduling, LLC, was founded in 1997 and has a staff with over eighty-three years of combined construction scheduling experience. Construction management through CPM Scheduling is the sole focus of our company and our staff. As a result, we are extremely good at it. We provide the construction community with the expertise to ensure superior organization and control throughout the duration of the construction project.

Because everyone on our staff knows construction and can read plans and specifications, we do not need to be “spoon-fed” a construction schedule. We are AGC certified for Management-Lean Construction and thus well versed in the Last Planner® system.
