Historic Preservation Scheduling and Management
Historic preservation projects invite heightened scrutiny. Being based in Charleston, SC, Palmetto Scheduling has had the opportunity to manage and schedule myriad historical projects both here in Charleston and in other cities. As construction schedulers, we are familiar with the added time restraints that dealing with intense scrutiny from historical societies and review boards can place on a project. We are also well versed with the construction methods which are unique to these types of projects and thus can allocate the appropriate duration to such tasks. Our CPM schedules reflect these specific, historic needs.
