Industrial CPM Scheduling

Palmetto has a great deal of experience handling the unique scheduling requirements of Industrial projects. These projects are resource driven and are often required to be resource loaded as well as cost loaded. More and more Industrial projects have Earned Value (EV) requirements and complicated specification requirements for construction scheduling. Frequently, industrial projects are part of a larger building program and require the schedule to adhere to a specific WBS and format for incorporation into the Master schedule. For all of the aforementioned reasons, outsourcing of CPM scheduling for industrial projects has become a growing trend, and Palmetto Scheduling is among the most experienced and qualified in the construction consulting field.
